- If you use pork (optional), then cook it either by boiling it or fry it. If you boil it, then add ginger and salt and pork into the boiling water, once cooked remove them and put them in cold water to stop the cooking.
- Cook the shrimp either pan fry or boiling, if boiling put them in boiling water and cook for 2 mins, remove and put them in cold water to stop the cooking.
- If you choose pan fry the shrimp then use the marinate sauce for the shrimp and pan fry them.
- Cook rice noodles and set aside for use.
- Prepare all the ingredients, wash them and ready to roll them.
- Get the rice paper ready. Place ingredients accordingly.
- Prepare the sauce and serve.
