- Make ready 100 gms Paneer (grated)

- Get 1 cup Warm Water
- Make ready 1 tbsp Sugar
- Prepare 1.5 tsp Dry Yeast
- Make ready 1.5 cup Wheat Flour
- Make ready 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- Get to taste Salt
- Take 1 tsp Butter (room temperature)
- Get 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- Get as needed Milk and Butter for brushing
Steps to make Sunflower Bread:
- Firstly, make stuffing and keep aside. In a mixing bowl, take grated paneer, garlic, grated cheese, oregano, salt, fresh coriander leaves and kasuri meethi. Mix all well and keep aside in refrigerator.
- In a small bowl, take warm water and add sugar. Stir well and add yeast. Again stir well and keep aside in a warm place for 10 mins for yeast to get activate.
- In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour, milk powder and salt. Mix well and add yeast mixture to it. Make dough and add warm water if required to make soft dough. Transfer the dough to the kitchen platform and knead the dough for 10 to 15 mins to get soft and smooth dough. Keep this dough in greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth to rise in warm place for about an hour.
- After an hour or so, punch the dough to remove air and sprinkle some flour and knead the dough for 5 mins. Divide the dough in two equal parts. Knead and make balls out of it. Roll the balls in the roti with the help of rolling pin.
- Grease baking plate properly with oil. With the help of the rolling pin, keep one rolled roti in plate. In center, keep stuffing and leaving around say about 1 inch distance keep stuffing in round shape as shown in the picture.
- Keep the second rolled roti over this and seal the edges properly with the help of fork. Keep one katori in the centre of the plate.
- Make 4 cuts, starting from katori till the outside of the plate. Then make cuts in between four cuts and again make cuts in between two cuts. You will get totally 16 cuts. (shown in the picture)
- Now slowly pick up one cut portion and twist it. Pick second cut portion and twist it in the direction of the first twisted part and seal both edges together properly with hands to make leaf of sunflower. Repeat process for all cut positions. Total you will get 8 leaves.
- Remove katori from center. Now brush flower with milk and put sesame seeds in the center of the flower. Sprinkle some oregano all over the flower. Bake in an preheated oven for around 20 mins at 190 degrees centigrade.
- Remove from oven and brush with butter. Allow It to cool and serve.
