  2. Heat up the pot and add 1tbsp. of sesame oil, ginger then chicken, panfry until chicken is slightly cooked.
  3. Add rice wine water, then salt. Bring to boil, turn the heat down and continue to cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining 2 tbsp. of sesame oil. Mix well.
