Instructions to make Chicken Soup:
- Put Shallots, garlics and ginger together into blender.
- Heat up cooking oil into the pan. Add the Blended ingredients. Stir until it smell good.
- Pour water into the pan. Stir for little bit then add potatoes and carrot. Wait until the water boiled.
- Add chicken, tomato, salt, Sup Tulang packet, chicken stock and stir. Cook until the potatoes tender.
- Add Green Onions and cilantro. Ready to eat!
